Account health and daily pace
How many posts a day each TikTok account gets, how warm-up works for a new account, and what happens after TikTok says too many posts.
Reelazy keeps a daily pace for each TikTok account, so an account doesn't post more than it should. The pace comes from the account's warm-up, its TikTok connection and any spam warnings TikTok sent back. Make posts uses it to cap how many times a day the account gets.
Health levels
| Level | Posts a day | When |
|---|---|---|
| Warming up | Up to 2 (one is safest) | You started warm-up. It lasts 14 days. |
| Healthy | Up to 10 (Direct: up to 6) | No spam warnings from TikTok. |
| Slow down | 1 | For 7 days after TikTok said the account posted too much. |
| Restricted | None through Reelazy | TikTok signed the account out, or blocked it from posting through apps (for 30 days). |
Steps
- Open Accounts and pick the account. The header shows its level, for example Healthy · up to 10 a day.
- Click the level to jump to Account health on the Overview tab. It gives the reason and facts such as Posted through Reelazy, Failed this week and Spam warnings from TikTok.
- For a TikTok account less than two weeks old, open the account's Settings tab, then TikTok and posting, and press Start warm-up. You can also tick This TikTok account is new (under two weeks) when you set the account up.
- Follow the daily steps in Today under Warming up new accounts. Warm-up ends by itself after 14 days, or press End warm-up now.
What warm-up asks of you
- Days 1–3: use the TikTok app like a normal viewer for 5–15 minutes a day: watch, like and follow in your niche. If the account was made this week, hold your approvals until day 4.
- Days 4–7: one post a day. Approve it in Reelazy, then open TikTok, add a trending sound and post it.
- Days 8–14: one or two posts a day through the inbox.
- After day 14: the account counts as warmed up.

Good to know
- If you add more times than the account's pace, Make posts says so and only uses the earliest ones.
- Slow down starts when TikTok answers "too many posts", or "too many posts waiting" when inbox posts pile up unposted. Nothing is dropped: each later post moves to a day after the last one sent.
- A signed-out account shows Restricted until you reconnect it. Its scheduled posts wait On hold in Calendar and go out once you reconnect.
- When TikTok blocks posting through apps, post from the TikTok app until the date the card shows. When a scheduled post's time comes, it moves to the first free time after that date.
- Followers, account age and average views show on the card when the account is connected with stats allowed. If they are missing, reconnect the account and allow stats.
Note: Health counts what Reelazy can see: warm-up, the connection and TikTok's warnings. It doesn't measure views, and a healthy level doesn't mean a post will get views.
If it doesn't work
- The account is in Slow down: see TikTok says too many posts.
- The account is Restricted because TikTok signed it out: see An account needs reconnecting.
- Posts go out but get no views: see No views and Fix 0 views on a new account.
