Upgrade, cancel and refunds
Upgrade to Pro, change its size, change your card, cancel any time, and ask for a refund. Everything is in the Plan card in Settings.
Your plan lives in the Plan card in Settings. From there you upgrade to Pro, manage your payment, or cancel. Payments go through our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and may appear on your card statement.
Steps
Upgrade to Pro
- Open Settings in the sidebar.
- In the Plan card, press Upgrade to Pro. Move the slider to the number of AI credits you need a month ($19 for 100 up to $200 for 2,000), then press Get Pro.
- Pay on the checkout page. You come back to a page that says Welcome to Pro once the payment is confirmed.
Get more credits or change size
- In the Plan card, press Change size (or Get more credits under the sidebar's AI credits).
- Pick a size. A bigger one starts now: the card on file pays the difference for the rest of your billing period, which the window shows before you confirm, and your renewal date stays. A smaller one starts at your next bill, and you keep this month's credits until then.
- Press Move up or Move down. A bigger size can take up to a minute while the payment goes through.
To stay on your size after picking a smaller one, open Change size again and press Keep.
Change your card or see invoices
- In the Plan card, press Manage billing.
- The billing page of our payment partner opens. Update your payment method or see invoices there.
Cancel
- In the Plan card, press Cancel Subscription.
- Optionally, tell us why under Why are you cancelling? (Optional).
- Press Cancel Subscription. The Plan card now says Cancelled and shows the date you keep Pro until.
To change your mind before that date, press Resume or manage billing.
Good to know
- Pro renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Taxes are added where required.
- After you cancel, Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- When Pro ends, your accounts and posts stay. Free limits apply to new ones, and accounts beyond Free's limit become read-only until you upgrade again.
- Posts scheduled after Pro ends are not posted. They show "Not posted: scheduled posts need Pro, and your Pro plan has ended." Open one in Calendar and press Post now (Free limits apply), or upgrade and reschedule.
- If a payment fails, the Plan card shows Payment failed and your plan drops to Free. Press Update payment method to restore Pro.
- If the payment page says Payment is still being confirmed, wait a few minutes. Pro turns on by itself when the confirmation arrives, and you are not charged twice.
- You can't buy Pro twice. If you already have it, use Change size for more credits.
- If the card is declined when you move up, nothing changes: you stay on your size and are not charged.
- After a move down, TikTok accounts you have already connected keep working; you can add new ones only while you are under the smaller size's number.
Refunds
This is the policy in section 6 of the Terms of Service:
If Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full, provided you have published no more than 2 posts through Reelazy since paying. Renewals are not refunded, except that a renewal you have not used at all can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of the charge. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded.
To ask, email [email protected] from your account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Note: Refunds are handled by email. There is no refund button in the app.
If it doesn't work
- The page after checkout says The payment did not go through: you were not charged. Press Try again with another card. If it keeps failing, email [email protected].
- Upgrade to Pro shows "Checkout error", or checkout doesn't open: try again in a minute.
- Manage billing says "No billing account yet. Upgrade first.": your account has no paid plan to manage.
- For what Free and Pro include, see Plans and limits.
