1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reelazy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Reelazy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from the Service without prior written consent from Reelazy.

By uploading or submitting content (e.g., slides, images, captions, or other materials) to Reelazy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or trademark laws.

5. Third-Party Platforms (TikTok)

Reelazy can publish content to TikTok on your behalf through TikTok's official APIs. You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation, and for correctly disclosing commercial content. Reelazy does not guarantee that TikTok will accept, display or promote any post, and TikTok may limit or reject posts according to its own rules. You must not use Reelazy to send spam, mass-post duplicate content, or otherwise abuse TikTok's platform; we may suspend accounts that do so.

6. Termination

Reelazy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reelazy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
