We collect information that you provide directly to us, including when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This may include:
We use the information we collect to:
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
The service providers we use are: Cloudflare (network, DNS and file storage in R2), Polar (payments), Resend (account and support emails), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI text and image generation from the content you submit), Google (sign-in and Google Analytics) and TikTok (posting, when you connect an account).
Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and product events, and Microsoft Clarity on our public pages (not inside the app) to see how visitors use them. When you arrive, we store a first-party cookie with the campaign and referring site that brought you, for 30 days, so we know which channels work. Blocking these cookies does not affect the service.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
You have certain rights regarding your personal information:
Reelazy lets you connect one or more TikTok accounts so you can publish the slides you create directly to TikTok. This integration uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. When you connect a TikTok account we receive and store:
user.info.basic)video.upload, video.publish)Tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to publish content that you have explicitly reviewed and approved in the Reelazy publish screen. We never post automatically without your instruction, never read your private messages, and never use your TikTok data for advertising.
You can disconnect a TikTok account at any time from the Accounts page. Disconnecting revokes our access token with TikTok and deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also revoke access from TikTok's own settings (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions). Deleting your Reelazy account deletes all connected TikTok accounts, tokens and post history.
Your use of TikTok through Reelazy is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Rendered slide images uploaded for TikTok publishing are stored on our content delivery network so TikTok can retrieve them, and are removed within 30 days after publishing. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Account page.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or our practices, please contact us at [email protected]
