Schedule and move posts

Set an account's posting times, see your week in Today and your month in Calendar, drag posts to another day, and set your time zone.

Every post has a day and a time. You pick the times when you make posts, see them in Today's This week and in Calendar, and move them by dragging. All times are in the time zone you set in Settings.

Steps

Set an account's usual times

  1. Open Accounts, pick the account, then open its Settings tab and TikTok and posting.
  2. Under Times, change a time, add one with + Add a time, or remove one with its ×. Then pick Every day, Weekdays or Pick days.
  3. Press Save. These times only fill in Make posts and the Assistant for you. Nothing is made or posted unless you ask.

Pick the times for a batch

  1. In Make posts, under When they go out, choose Repeat on days (a first day, one or more times, and the days) or Pick each time (a day and time for each post).
  2. The line below shows the first and last time the posts will get. Times that already have a post are skipped.

Move a post

  1. In Today, under This week, drag a post to another day in its row. It keeps its time.
  2. Or click the post, change the day and time, and press Save.
  3. In Calendar (in the sidebar), choose Week or Month. Drag a post to another day, or click it, change Time and press Move.

Set your time zone

  1. Open Settings and click the Time zone field.
  2. Search for a city, for example New York, or press Use device zone to follow your computer.
  3. The Times in … button at the top of Calendar opens the same setting.

Good to know

  • You can move a post to any time from 5 minutes to 30 days from now.
  • Each account has one post per time. If the time is taken, Reelazy says "This account already has a post at that time. Pick another time."
  • Changing your time zone doesn't move scheduled posts. They keep their moment; only the times shown change. Pick the zone your viewers live in, for example New York for viewers in the US.
  • This week shows the next 7 days, one row per account. A + on an empty day opens Make posts for that account, starting that day. Calendar pages further ahead with ‹ ›.
  • Click a post in This week or Calendar for more: Undo approval or Unschedule for a scheduled post, Retry or Remove for a failed one. In Calendar, Post now sends a scheduled post right away.
  • How many times a day an account gets depends on its health. See Account health and daily pace.
  • Reelazy moves a scheduled post itself when it can't go out at its time: TikTok asked the account to slow down, it's over 6 Direct posts in 24 hours, or TikTok blocked posting through apps. The post says why in grey under its details, then "New time: …" in your time zone.
  • A post marked On hold waits because TikTok signed its account out. It goes out once you reconnect the account.
  • Scheduling is part of Pro. On Free, you post each one yourself with Post now. See Plans and limits.

Tip: To see a whole month of posts at once, use Calendar → Month. This week in Today only shows the next 7 days.

If it doesn't work

  • A post won't drag: only posts to review and scheduled posts can move. Posted and failed posts stay where they are.
  • Times look a few hours off: check the zone in Settings → Time zone.
  • A scheduled post shows Failed: see A post failed to send.
  • A post shows On hold: see An account needs reconnecting.
